Pumping Iron is a ‘docu-drama’ that provides the viewer with a picture of it what was like pumping iron during the golden age of bodybuilding with Arnold Schwarzenegger (age 28), Franco Columbu, Lou Ferrigno and other legendary bodybuilders as they train for competition in the up coming 1975 Mr Olympia and Universe contests.
This is a great DVD and sells for the cheap price of $8.99 on Amazon.com
Besides providing the viewer with a timeless glimpse into the hey-day of bodybuilding, it can also be a pretty good pre work out motivational film.
